**Job Summary**
We're seeking experienced Customer Success Specialists to join our team in Georgetown, Penang. As a Customer Success Specialist, you'll be responsible for providing top-notch support to our customers, handling their inquiries, and resolving any issues that may arise. You'll be working in a fast-paced environment, and you'll need to be able to think on your feet and provide solutions to complex problems.
**Key Responsibilities**
* Assist customers in placing online orders and resolving any issues that may arise
* Provide support through phone calls, responding to customer inquiries and concerns in a professional and courteous manner
* Process payments securely and efficiently
* Proactively support customers and maintain brand reputation by providing exceptional customer experiences
* Identify and escalate priority issues to ensure that customers receive the support they need
* Collaborate with the team to improve customer support and maintain high levels of service quality
* Maintain and improve service quality by staying up-to-date with industry trends and best practices
**Essential Qualifications**
* Bachelor's Degree, Diploma, or equivalent in any field
* At least 6 months of experience in customer support, with a strong preference for call center experience
* B2 level proficiency in English and Mandarin
* Excellent interpersonal skills, with a customer service-oriented approach
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and think on your feet
* Strong typing skills, with a minimum speed of 40wpm and 90% accuracy
**Preferred Qualifications**
* Experience working in a call center environment
* Knowledge of Microsoft Windows and Office
* Experience with customer relationship management (CRM) software
**Technical Skills**
* Typing speed of at least 40wpm with 90% accuracy
* Computer literate with proficiency in Microsoft Windows and Office
