**Experienced Customer Success Professional – Driving Client Adoption, Satisfaction, and Retention at arenaflex**

About the Role Are you a customer-centric professional with a passion for driving business growth and client satisfaction? Do you thrive in a fast-paced environment where no two days are the same? In this role, you will be responsible for managing key client relationships, ensuring client adoption, satisfaction, and retention across the board, and paving the way for solid system adoption. Responsibilities As an Experienced Customer Success Professional at arenaflex, you will be an expert on system functions and features, serving as a strategic advisor for clients to continuously drive product value and ROI. Your key responsibilities will include: - Ensuring that appropriate client contacts, documentation, reviews, and projects, and risk are added to Gainsight and are kept up-to-date regularly. - Leading regular account reviews with clients to ensure proper usage of the system, maintaining communication on updates. - Gathering local client feedback and delivering feedback to product teams to help prioritize projects and shape product roadmap. - Anticipating and monitoring dissatisfied accounts and ensuring problems/issues are dealt with swiftly and appropriately. - Completing all client follow-up training and adoption activities as well as system updates and changes to ensure renewal and growth. - Identifying opportunities for upsell and cross-sell and nurturing them through to handover to the sales team. - Evaluating and documenting implementation plans and specifications. Project-managing incoming client requests alongside product, acting as the voice of the client. About You We're looking for a highly motivated and customer-centric individual with a strong technical aptitude and ability to learn new technologies quickly. If you have: - A Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in business or a related field. - Minimum 1 year previous experience in Customer Success or another related role. - Ability to perform within a fast-paced, multi-priority setting. - A customer-first mentality; ability to empathize and build customer loyalty. - Strong technical aptitude and ability to learn new technologies quickly. Must be able to think strategically about change management and system integration. - Excellent interpersonal skills for phone troubleshooting and writing skills through email. Extra Credit While not required, experience working with/in the Fashion, Luxury, Beauty, or PR space, exposure to global customers and an understanding of international markets, and experience with delivering on-site training and webinars are highly desirable.
