Our team is comprised of talented individuals who share our vision and are dedicated to making a difference. **Job Summary** As a Customer Success Manager, you'll be responsible for formulating and driving project plans to achieve customer success and 100% digitization of selected customers in both pre- and post-sales phases. You'll work closely with internal and external resources, including Commercial BDMs, Solution Architects, and customer representatives, to drive projects towards success. Your primary goal will be to support commercial activity, provide a single point of contact for customers, and foster expansion of system usage and value creation of arenaflex solutions. **Key Responsibilities** * Drive quality, planning, information, knowledge exchange, and organization to monitor and prioritize customer success and accelerate sales. * Team up with internal and external resources to drive projects towards success in partnership with Commercial BDMs, Solution Architects, and customer representatives. * Support commercial activity by providing a single point of contact for customers in pre- and post-sales activities for complex and specifically identified customers and accounts. * Identify opportunities, resolve challenges, and foster expansion of system usage and value creation of arenaflex solutions. * Support pre-order technical sales meetings and project scoping to maximize customer readiness pre-order and minimize Order to Revenue time. * Provide planning, monitor, and track customer interaction, progress, and satisfaction towards purchasing an arenaflex solution (Pre) and achieving 100% digitization (Post). * Provide a bridge to support the full and healthy transfer of customers towards the arenaflex Customer Support Organization, ensuring mature customers achieve the desired end state of workflow and efficiency optimization. **You're the Right Fit If:** * You hold a Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Business Administration, Customer Relationship Management, or an equivalent field. * You have 5+ years of experience in Healthcare IT, High-End solution Management, and Clinical Laboratory Experience. * You have a strong and proven track record in Project Management, preferably in more than one field. * You have proven experience operating at a Senior hospital management level with Clinical laboratory knowledge and experience of modality/products in the IVD segment. * You have a clear drive and passion for success, with aspirations to grow within arenaflex as part of a rapidly expanding team. **Skills and Competencies** * Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with internal and external stakeholders. * Excellent project management skills, including planning, organization, and time management. * Ability to analyze complex problems and develop creative solutions. * Strong business acumen and understanding of the healthcare industry. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, PowerPoint, and Word. * Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities. **Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits** * arenaflex offers a comprehensive training program to help you develop your skills and advance your career. * You'll have opportunities to work on high-profile projects and collaborate with cross-functional teams. * arenaflex is committed to providing a supportive and inclusive work environment that fosters growth and development. **Work Environment and Company Culture** * arenaflex is a field-based role, requiring full-time presence in the company's facilities. * We believe that we're better together than apart, and our office-based teams work in-person at least 3 days per week. * arenaflex is an Equal Employment and Opportunity Employer, including Disability/Vets, and maintains a drug-free workplace. **Compensation, Perks, and Benefits** * arenaflex offers a competitive salary range of $106,875 to $201,600, depending on location and experience. * You'll be eligible to participate in our comprehensive Philips Total Rewards benefits program, including a generous PTO, 401k (up to 7% match), HSA (with company contribution), stock purchase plan, education reimbursement, and much more. * arenaflex offers a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as a 401(k) matching program. **How to Apply** If you're a motivated and experienced professional looking to make a meaningful impact in the healthcare industry, we encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunity.
