**Job Description**
As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you will be responsible for providing top-tier customer service to our clients, stores, and partners through telephone, visit, and email. You will be the face of our company, and your interactions will have a direct impact on our customers' satisfaction and loyalty.
**Key Responsibilities:**
* Answer a high volume of incoming calls, visits, and messages from customers, stores, and partners.
* Use various systems and tools to respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues.

**Requirements:**
* High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree preferred.
