**Responsibilities:**
As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, your primary responsibilities will include:
* Answering inbound phone calls pertaining to customers' benefits, troubleshooting website issues, and making call backs as needed.
* Leveraging your computer navigation skills to toggle between multiple screens and systems to provide answers and support. This may include assisting the caller in navigating the system as well.
* Actively listening to participants to understand both verbal and non-verbal cues.
* Fully and accurately documenting all conversations and actions taken on each interaction.
* Answering inbound phone calls pertaining to the status of an application or general customer inquiries.
**Essential Functions:**
The essential functions of this role include:
* Working up to 5 hours of overtime per week
* Maintaining a high level of productivity and accuracy in a fast-paced environment
* Collaborating with colleagues to achieve team goals and objectives
* Participating in ongoing training and development to enhance skills and knowledge
**Skills and Qualifications:**
To succeed in this role, you will need:
* 2 years of experience in customer service, preferably in a call center environment
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Active listening and problem-solving abilities
* Basic computer skills and proficiency in navigating multiple systems
* Data entry and documentation skills
* Empathy and a customer-centric approach
* Adapting to change and navigating ambiguity
* Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
