**Job Responsibilities**
As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:

**Requirements**
To succeed in this role, you'll need:

* Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-call volume environment, with a focus on efficiency and productivity
* Reliable internet connection (minimum 50 Mbps download speed)
* PC or Laptop with at least Windows 8 or High Sierra IOS
* USB Headset for taking calls
* Dedicated, quiet workspace with minimal distractions
* Excellent reading and writing skills, with the ability to clearly communicate with customers and colleagues
* Ability to work 30+ hours per week, minimum
* Ability to work at least one weekend day per week, with shorter shifts from 7 AM to 12 PM
* Solid PC skills, including data entry, systems navigation, basic troubleshooting, and more
* Must live in Wyoming or Kansas
