**Key Responsibilities**
* Answer and manage incoming calls, emails, chats, and/or interactive voice response systems in a timely and professional manner
* Provide accurate and informative responses to customer inquiries, resolving their issues and concerns in a satisfactory manner
* Utilize knowledge of arenaflex products and services to up-sell and cross-sell opportunities, driving revenue growth and customer satisfaction
* Record, organize, and file customer interactions and account changes, maintaining accurate and up-to-date records
* Schedule call backs and appointments to resolve customer needs and provide exceptional customer service
* Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues and provide seamless customer experiences
* Meet and exceed personal and team target goals, demonstrating a strong work ethic and commitment to excellence
**Essential Qualifications**
* Previous experience in customer support, client services, sales, or a related field
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact with customers in a professional and courteous manner
* Basic computer skills and experience with customer service software and systems
* Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively, managing multiple customer interactions and requests simultaneously
* Excellent time management and prioritization skills, with the ability to meet deadlines and deliver results
* Ability to listen actively, relay information, and answer questions and/or concerns in a clear and concise manner

**Preferred Qualifications**
* Experience working in a remote or virtual environment

* Certification in customer service or a related field
* Experience with customer relationship management (CRM) software and systems
