**Responsibilities**
As an Experienced Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for:
* Handling inbound and outbound calls to advise members on benefits and respond to consumer inquiries and issues
* Providing education and status on previously submitted documents and requests
* Meeting performance goals established for the position in the areas of efficiency, call quality, customer satisfaction, first call resolution, and attendance
* Collaborating with colleagues to resolve complex issues and improve customer experiences
* Participating in ongoing training and development to enhance skills and knowledge
**Requirements**
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
* **Empathic and good listening skills**: The ability to understand and respond to customer needs in a compassionate and professional manner
* **1 year of customer service experience**: A proven track record of delivering exceptional service in a customer-facing role
* **Call Center experience**: A plus, but not required
* **Excellent communication and multi-tasking skills**: The ability to effectively communicate with customers, colleagues, and management while handling multiple tasks and priorities
* **Previous sales or benefits experience**: Ideal, but not required
