This demonstrates our commitment to employee growth and development, and we believe that the sky is the limit for our team members. **Responsibilities** As a Customer Service Representative, your responsibilities will include: * Fielding customer inquiries and finding innovative ways to respond to varying questions, issues, and concerns * Connecting with customers via phone, email, chat, and/or social media to resolve their questions or concerns * Calmly attempting to resolve and de-escalate any issues * Escalating interactions when necessary and appropriate * Responding to requests for assistance and/or possible processing payments * Tracking all call-related information for auditing and reporting purposes * Providing feedback on call issues * Upselling if required **Qualifications** We are looking for fearless individuals who are inspired to deliver only the best in all that they do. To be considered for this role, you must: * Be based onsite at our Port St. Lucie, FL site location and reside within a 30-mile radius of Port St. Lucie, FL * Successfully pass the skills assessment (digital interview) * Have 6 months of customer service experience * Be over 18 years of age * Be able to type 25 wpm * Have a High School Graduate or GED * Be comfortable with desktop computer systems * Possess proven oral and written communication skills * Demonstrate logical problem-solving skills * Be able to navigate Windows operating systems * Possess organization and work prioritization skills * Have 1 year of call center inbound call work experience **Be Part of Our arenaflex Family** At arenaflex, we strive to create an environment where our employees feel valued, inspired, and supported.
