**Role Overview**
We're seeking an experienced customer service representative to join our dynamic team. As a key member of our customer support team, you'll be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service by answering calls, responding to queries, and accurately documenting call content in real-time. **Key Responsibilities**
* Deliver exceptional customer support by answering calls and responding to queries
* Assist customers with medical insurance questions, ensuring each interaction is handled with respect and patience
* Accurately document call content in real-time
* Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues and improve overall customer experience
* Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and industry developments to provide informed support
**Schedule**
* Work Hours: Tuesday through Saturday, 9:00 AM - 5:30 PM
* Training: Monday through Friday, 8:30 AM – 5 PM (approximately the first 2 weeks)
* Note: Rotating holidays as needed
**Compensation and Benefits**
* Pay: $16.20/hr

**Essential Qualifications**
* 1+ year of customer service experience in a call center or healthcare setting
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
