**Key Responsibilities**
As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you will be responsible for:
* Greeting customers and providing exceptional customer service in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
* Operating a cash register, handling customer transactions, and maintaining a high level of accuracy and efficiency
* Making purchase suggestions and promoting products to customers
* Working with our food program and providing excellent customer care
* Maintaining a clean and organized store environment, including the interior and exterior of the store
* Interacting with customers daily, providing solutions to their needs, and building strong relationships with our community
* Working collaboratively with a fun, energetic team to achieve daily goals and objectives
* Providing regular and predictable onsite attendance and being available to work a variety of shifts, including weekends and holidays
**Essential Qualifications**
To be successful as a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you will need:
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with customers, colleagues, and management
* A strong sales and customer service background, with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets

* High school diploma or equivalent required; retail and customer service experience preferred
**Preferred Qualifications**

* Sales associate or cashiering experience, with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
* High school diploma or equivalent, with a strong focus on customer service and sales

* Willingness to learn and have fun, with a positive and enthusiastic attitude
**Physical Requirements**
As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you will be required to:
* Stand and/or walk for up to 8 hours per shift
* Lift and/or carry up to 30 pounds from ground to overhead up to 30 minutes in a shift
* Occasionally lift and/or carry up to 60 pounds from ground to waist level
* Push/pull with arms up to a force of 20 pounds
* Bend at the waist with some twisting up to one hour a shift
* Grasp, reach, and manipulate objects with hands, requiring eye-hand coordination and occasional climbing of ladders to store and retrieve materials or place and remove signs
