**Key Responsibilities:**

* Collaborate with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) and Marketplace Performance Specialists (MPS) to ensure seamless customer support

* Meet or exceed performance metrics, including customer satisfaction, first-call resolution, and average handle time
* Work collaboratively with the customer service team to achieve shared goals and objectives
**Essential Qualifications:**
* High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in a related field (e.g., customer service, communications, or business) preferred
* 1+ year of customer service experience in a call center or similar environment
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to articulate solutions clearly and empathetically
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, handling multiple customer interactions simultaneously

**Compensation, Perks, and Benefits:**
* Competitive hourly rate of $18.50 per hour
* $5.00 per hour Turbo Bonus Boost: Enjoy the bonus from April 9th through 15th with unlimited hours available, must work a minimum of 8 hours each day on April 13th, 14th, and 15th to qualify
