**Job Summary**
As a Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for processing customer orders and inquiries in a collaborative call center using world-class technology. You'll communicate with customers over phone, email, and chat, helping them navigate our website and online ordering system. You'll also become a product and solutions expert, equipped to answer product, pricing, and shipping questions quickly and confidently.

**Minimum Requirements**
* High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree preferred
* Prior customer service experience is a plus, but we'll train you to provide legendary service for our customers!
* Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
* Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
* Strong product knowledge and ability to learn quickly
**Preferred Qualifications**
* 1-2 years of customer service experience in a call center or retail environment
* Experience with customer relationship management (CRM) software and other technology tools
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
* Ability to work in a team environment and collaborate with internal teams
* Bilingual or multilingual skills a plus!
