As a fully remote work-from-home customer service representative, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional inbound support to our clients. You'll be the face of arenaflex, ensuring that our clients receive accurate, valid, and comprehensive information, and that their needs are met with precision and competence. **Key Responsibilities** * Handle high volumes of incoming calls with professionalism and poise * Identify and evaluate customers' needs to deliver satisfaction and build sustainable relationships of trust * Provide accurate and comprehensive information using the right methods and tools * Reach personal and customer service team targets and call handling quotas * Manage complaints, provide proper solutions, and options within time limits; follow up to secure resolution * Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts, and file documents * Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies * Go the extra mile to engage customers and exceed their expectations **Requirements** * A desktop or laptop with the following specifications: + HARD DRIVE: 20Gb or more of free space + MEMORY: 4Gb of ram or more + OPERATING SYSTEM: Windows 10 or better or AMD APU class or better, clocked at Dual-core 1.4 GHz or better + INTERNET: Hard-wired to the internet (cord going from the router to your computer) NO WIFI * Track record of not just reaching, but exceeding quota requirements * Strong phone administration skills and active listening capabilities * Customer orientation and capacity to adapt/respond to different types of characters * Exceptional communication and presentation skills * Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and control time effectively **Preferred Qualifications** * Experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in a call center or customer service environment * Familiarity with CRM software and other customer service tools * Strong problem-solving and analytical skills * Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities and deadlines * Bilingual or multilingual skills (a plus) **Benefits** * 401k plan * Dental insurance * Health insurance * Vision insurance **Work Environment and Culture** As a remote work-from-home customer service representative, you'll have the flexibility to work from the comfort of your own home.
