This a Full Remote job, the offer is available from: New Jersey (USA) The Senior Manager, Marketing Operations & Program Delivery serves as the operational backbone of the Marketing Office during a critical transition period. This role ensures continuity, governance, and execution discipline across marketing programs, workflow systems, vendor management, and reporting infrastructure. The incumbent will stabilize and scale intake processes, capacity modeling, Monday.com governance, dashboarding, vendor oversight, and file governance initiatives. This role requires senior-level program management expertise, strong cross-functional influence, and hands-on technical proficiency in work management platforms. This is a high-impact interim leadership role designed to maintain operational excellence while strengthening scalable marketing systems. Reports to: AVP, Strategy & Operations Direct Reports: None (Leads through influence) Program Delivery & Governance • Own Marketing Office intake governance and workflow integrity across all Centers of Excellence. • Oversee end-to-end project lifecycle discipline (intake → kickoff → execution → delivery → post-mortem). • Maintain and improve standardized delivery models, meeting cadences, and escalation protocols. • Ensure cross-functional project alignment and dependency management across CoEs and BU partners. • Validate new requests for completeness prior to routing; enforce standardized brief requirements. • Govern intake decision-tree logic within Monday.com to ensure correct routing and kickoff ownership. • Ensure Tier 1 projects include verified brief and formal kickoff before execution begins. 2. Capacity, Resourcing & Reporting • Maintain and enhance capacity modeling frameworks (Tier 1–3 effort models). • Lead monthly capacity reviews and surface early resource risks. • Build and maintain division-level dashboards in Monday.com. • Ensure transparency across intake volume, throughput, SLA adherence, and workload distribution. 3. Monday.com Architecture & Technical Oversight • Serve as senior systems lead for Monday.com governance and optimization. • Maintain board architecture, automation logic, cross-board reporting, and dashboard integrity. • Troubleshoot system issues and optimize workflows to reduce friction and manual effort. • Ensure linkage between Monday boards and SharePoint/DAM repositories. 4. Vendor & MarTech Oversight (Maintenance Mode) • Maintain centralized vendor portfolio tracking (budget, renewals, performance). • Partner with Procurement on POs, contracts, and renewal timelines. • Support Vendor QBR cadence and reporting continuity. • Ensure MarTech usage standards remain compliant and governed. • Maintain partnership cadence with Monday.com including recurring check-ins, action tracking, and platform roadmap alignment. 5. File Governance & DAM Enablement • Lead Q2–Q3 file governance discovery and development. • Document taxonomy, naming conventions, and metadata standards. • Coordinate pilot rollout with select CoEs. • Prepare governance playbook for full implementation upon return of permanent staff. 6. Enablement & Process Discipline • Enforce intake and project management standards across teams. • Maintain documentation, playbooks, and workflow guides. • Support light training on Monday.com best practices as needed. • Drive operational rigor aligned to PMI-lite and Agile principles. Serve as escalation point for workflow configuration questions and automation troubleshooting. Advanced expertise in marketing operations, program delivery governance, and cross-functional workflow management. Proven ability to design and enforce scalable intake, capacity modeling, and tiered project management frameworks. Deep proficiency in Monday.com architecture (automations, cross-board integrations, dashboards, dependency mapping, reporting). Strong systems-thinking mindset with ability to align operational metrics to business KPIs and strategic outcomes. Experience managing enterprise vendor portfolios, contract cycles, and performance scorecards. Working knowledge of MarTech ecosystems, workflow automation logic, and system integration governance. Expertise in file governance, DAM/SharePoint taxonomy design, metadata standards, and compliance controls. Skilled in executive reporting, dashboard storytelling, and translating operational data into leadership insights. Demonstrated ability to lead through influence in matrixed organizations and drive adoption of new processes and tools. Familiarity with AI-enabled workflow tools (e.g., Copilot) and digital adoption strategies within enterprise environments. • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Operations, or related field. • 10 years of experience in marketing operations, program management, or enterprise PMO environments. • PMP certification (required) or equivalent formal project management training. • Advanced proficiency in Monday.com (or comparable enterprise work management platform). • Demonstrated experience building and governing intake processes and capacity frameworks. • Experience managing cross-functional stakeholders in matrixed organizations. • Strong executive communication and reporting skills. • Ability to operate independently in ambiguous, fast-paced environments. • Experience implementing DAM or SharePoint governance models. • Exposure to AI-enabled workflows or marketing automation ecosystems. • Change management experience.
