**Job Summary**
As a Customer Service Representative, you'll be the face of arenaflex, providing exceptional service and support to our members over the phone. Your primary responsibilities will include:
* Handling and resolving customer issues in a timely and professional manner
* Engaging in awesome, engaging conversations with members to understand their needs and provide solutions
* Selling our amazing products and services to meet the needs of our members
* Being clear, confident, and concise on the phone to ensure a positive experience for our members
* Deepening and retaining member relationships through needs assessment and empathetic communication
* Providing offers, solutions, and information to match the customer needs
* Saving customers who are thinking about leaving us by identifying and resolving problems
* Following up with our customers when promised to ensure satisfaction
* Collaborating with team members to help one another learn and grow
* Maintaining up-to-date knowledge about product information and promotions
* Providing excellent service and ensuring customer satisfaction
* Maintaining alignment with Core Values and Mission of the USCCA in all interactions
**Essential Qualifications**
* A strong belief in the Second Amendment
* Firearms and self-defense knowledge is preferred but not necessary
* Desire to WOW customers daily
* A Find Needs / Fill Needs orientation to customer interactions
* Excellent organizational and time management skills
* Computer savvy-ness, including the ability to learn new things quickly
* Relentless follow-through and ability to prioritize multiple tasks
* Ability to identify and resolve problems
* Strong interpersonal skills and ability to quickly establish rapport with people
* An empathetic approach to every conversation
* Hunger to exceed expectations
* Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills
* Energized by a variety of tasks and duties
* Associate degree or higher preferred
* Willingness to have fun with an awesome team
**Preferred Qualifications**
* Experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in a call center or sales environment
* Knowledge of firearms and self-defense is a plus
* Familiarity with CRM software and other customer service tools
* Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
* Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
