Your primary responsibilities will include: * Handling and resolving customer issues in a timely and professional manner * Engaging in awesome, engaging conversations with members to understand their needs and provide solutions * Selling our amazing products and services to meet the needs of our members * Being clear, confident, and concise on the phone to ensure a positive experience for our members * Deepening and retaining member relationships through needs assessment and empathetic communication * Providing offers, solutions, and information to match the customer needs * Saving customers who are thinking about leaving us by identifying and resolving problems * Following up with our customers when promised to ensure satisfaction * Collaborating with team members to help one another learn and grow * Maintaining up-to-date knowledge about product information and promotions * Providing excellent service and ensuring customer satisfaction * Maintaining alignment with Core Values and Mission of the USCCA in all interactions **Essential Qualifications** * A strong belief in the Second Amendment * Firearms and self-defense knowledge is preferred but not necessary * Desire to WOW customers daily * A Find Needs / Fill Needs orientation to customer interactions * Excellent organizational and time management skills * Computer savvy-ness, including the ability to learn new things quickly * Relentless follow-through and ability to prioritize multiple tasks * Ability to identify and resolve problems * Strong interpersonal skills and ability to quickly establish rapport with people * An empathetic approach to every conversation * Hunger to exceed expectations * Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills * Energized by a variety of tasks and duties * Associate degree or higher preferred * Willingness to have fun with an awesome team **Preferred Qualifications** * Experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in a call center or sales environment * Knowledge of firearms and self-defense is a plus * Familiarity with CRM software and other customer service tools * Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment * Strong problem-solving and analytical skills * Ability to work independently and as part of a team **Benefits and Compensation** At arenaflex, we offer a comprehensive benefits package that includes: * Competitive hourly wage of $18.00 per hour, with additional shift premiums for weekend, evening, or third shifts * Comprehensive medical, dental, and vision plans * 401k match * Access to a life coach * Annual stipend for self-defense purchases * Flexible casual dress environment * Remote work options * Complimentary USCCA Membership **What We Offer** * A dynamic, fast-paced work environment with opportunities for growth and development * A supportive team culture that values collaboration and teamwork * Opportunities for professional growth and advancement * A comprehensive benefits package that includes medical, dental, and vision plans, 401k match, and more * A flexible work environment that allows you to balance your work and personal life * The chance to make a real difference in the lives of our members and the community **How to Apply** If you're a motivated and customer-focused individual who is passionate about delivering exceptional experiences, we want to hear from you!
