**Job Overview**
As an Amazon Locker+ Customer Service Associate, you'll be responsible for receiving, picking, and stowing customer orders, processing returns, and preparing for delivery. You'll also be the face of arenaflex, assisting customers with questions and concerns, and providing a personalized experience that sets us apart from the competition. Our associates work in designated retail locations, where it's convenient for our customers to pick up and return their packages.
**Key Responsibilities**
* Receive, pick, and stow customer orders, process returns, and prepare for delivery
* Assist customers with questions and concerns, providing a personalized experience that sets us apart from the competition
* Work through problem-solving scenarios for customers, ensuring that every interaction is a positive one
* Maintain a clean, safe, and organized workspace, adhering to all safety guidelines and regulations
* Manage responsibilities for a Locker+ location, including opening and closing site
* Use technology like smartphones and handheld devices to sort, scan, and prepare orders
* Receive truck deliveries and ensure that all packages are accurately processed and stored
**Physical Requirements**
* Perform physical labor, including lifting up to 49 pounds, with or without reasonable accommodation
* Stand and walk during shifts lasting up to five hours, with or without reasonable accommodation
* Use carts, dollies, hand trucks, and other gear to move items around
* Go up and down stairs (where applicable)
* Be available to work part-time between the hours of 8:30 a.m. and 9:30 p.m., with schedules varying week to week
