**Your Role in arenaflex**
As a Customer Sales and Service Representative, you'll be responsible for delivering an exceptional customer experience to our valued customers. You'll be the face of arenaflex, providing timely and effective solutions to customer inquiries, resolving issues, and proactively offering our products and services to meet their needs. Your expertise in sales and customer service will drive growth, loyalty, and satisfaction, while your passion for technology will enable you to stay ahead of the curve.
**Key Responsibilities**
* Answer incoming calls from customers and respond to requests about installation, disconnection, or changes to service
* Instill confidence and loyalty in customers through thoughtful listening, utilizing your knowledge of arenaflex's products and services to effectively service and retain customers
* Identify customer needs and proactively offer our products and services to meet monthly sales goals and deliver an outstanding customer experience
* Investigate and resolve customer inquiries and disputes on service, billing, rates, adjustments, and policy issues
* Respond to requests from customers about arenaflex's products and services
* Verify service order accuracy and completeness and make corrections/changes, as needed
* Negotiate the collection of overdue bills
* Work evenings, weekends, holidays, and unscheduled shifts as determined by the needs of the business
* Manage various systems and work tools while engaging on the phone with customers
**What We're Looking For**
* A true consultative salesperson who is energized by meeting sales goals and building relationships with customers
* A deep interest in learning about customers, business challenges, and industry trends
* The ability to manage incidents and juggle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
* Empathy and communication skills to diffuse sensitive situations

**Preferred Qualifications**
* Related Associate Degree or 2+ years' relevant experience
* Customer Service call center experience
* Previous collections experience
* Experience with selling products and services
* Customer service skills
* Demonstrated ability to communicate with detail and precision

**Compensation and Benefits**
* The compensation range for this position is between $579.50 and $1,718.00 weekly based on a full-time schedule, depending on your location and confirmed job-related skills and experience
* This is an incentive-based position with the potential to earn more
* For part-time roles, your compensation will be adjusted to reflect your hours
