**The Role**
As a Customer Experience Advocate at arenaflex, you'll play a critical role in shaping the user experience, driving product growth, and fostering a culture of excellence. Your primary responsibilities will include:
* Engaging with customers across various channels, including live chat, email, phone, and screen shares, to provide exceptional support and resolve issues efficiently.
* Empowering customers to connect their goals and challenges with the solution in arenaflex's products, ensuring they achieve their desired outcomes.
* Collaborating with internal technical teams and engaging users for the full bug life cycle, from reports to verifying bug fixes, to ensure seamless product development.
* Serving as the liaison between our customers and the rest of the arenaflex team to advocate and help shape the best possible version of our products.
* Leading online webinars and one-on-one demos to educate customers on the features of our platform and developer toolkit, driving product adoption and growth.
* Creating both internal and external documentation to enhance our knowledge base, ensuring that our customers and team members have access to accurate and up-to-date information.
* Advising customers about new features and functionalities, staying ahead of the curve and ensuring they're always aware of the latest developments.
**Requirements**
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
* Experience providing customer or technical support, with a strong background in SAAS (Software as a Service) environments.
* A deep understanding of help desk software and remote support tools, with experience using Zendesk being a plus.
* Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to multitask, ensuring that you can handle multiple customer interactions simultaneously.
* Superb written and verbal communication skills, enabling you to effectively communicate with customers and internal stakeholders.
* A positive attitude, empathy, coachability, and a collaborative mindset, essential for building strong relationships with customers and team members.
* The ability to take initiative and adapt to changing circumstances, ensuring that you can pivot quickly in response to customer needs.

**Compensation and Benefits**
For Colorado-based hires only, the compensation range is $48,000-$62,000 base salary, subject to standard withholding and applicable taxes. In addition to base salary, the role includes opportunities to receive and/or earn a discretionary bonus and/or equity based on arenaflex's plans and policies. Compensation ranges for candidates in locations outside of Colorado may differ based on the cost of labor and other factors.
