**What You'll Be Doing**
As a Bilingual Customer Service Representative, you'll be the difference between our customers' experiences being just average or exceptional. You'll provide face-to-face customer service, conduct research to provide answers for customers to resolve their concerns, and be the face and smile of our operations. You'll work closely with our team to ensure that our customers receive the best possible service and support.

**What You Bring to the Role**
* 6 months or more of customer services experience
* High school diploma or equivalent
* Recognize, apply, and explain your product or service knowledge
* Great written and verbal communication skills in Spanish-English
* Computer experience
