Architect – BPM | Azure | Generative AI Fully Remote (Must Work EST Hours) Full-Time | Financial Services (Commercial Banking) $130,000 – $155,000 Base + Bonus + Full Benefits Visa Sponsorship Available About the Role We are seeking a Senior Solution Architect with deep expertise in Enterprise BPM and Microsoft Azure to lead large-scale intelligent process automation initiatives. This role requires strong experience in architecting and implementing solutions using Genpact Cora SeQuence (or similar BPM platforms such as Appian, Pega, Bizagi, Camunda). Generative AI, Document Intelligence, and Cloud AI integrations are part of the solution landscape, but the core expertise required is BPM architecture + Azure cloud architecture. What You’ll Do: • Solution Architecture & Design • Architect end-to-end BPM automation solutions • Translate business requirements into technical blueprints • Design scalable, secure, enterprise-grade solutions • Lead architecture decisions and technology selection • Leverage Cora SeQuence features including HotChange®, workflows, integrations Technical Leadership • Guide development teams from design to deployment • Conduct code and architecture reviews • Resolve complex workflow and integration challenges • Ensure performance, maintainability, and compliance Cloud & AI Integration • Architect solutions within Microsoft Azure (IaaS, PaaS, SaaS) • Integrate APIs, ERP/CRM systems (SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics) • Support integration with Generative AI platforms such as Azure OpenAI Service and other enterprise AI services • Address cloud data governance, security, and privacy challenges Required Qualifications (Must Have) ✔ 10–15 years of progressive enterprise IT experience ✔ Experience as a Solution Architect or Technical Architect ✔ Extensive hands-on BPM implementation experience ✔ Strong Microsoft Azure architecture experience ✔ Experience designing workflow automation solutions ✔ C#, .NET, JavaScript experience ✔ Microsoft SQL Server experience ✔ Enterprise integration experience (APIs, Web Services, ERP/CRM) Preferred (Nice to Have – Not Mandatory) • Experience integrating with Generative AI (e.g., OpenAI, Gemini, Azure OpenAI) • Experience with Document Intelligence platforms • Exposure to RPA, Process Mining, or Machine Learning • Consulting or client-facing experience • Agile / Scrum experience Ideal Candidate Profile • Senior BPM Architect • Strong Azure cloud architecture background • Enterprise-scale workflow automation experience • Comfortable presenting solutions to executive stakeholders • Experience in Financial Services environments preferred Screening Questions (Indeed Pre-Screen) • Do you have experience as a Solution Architect? • Do you have extensive experience in BPM tools? • Do you have experience with Microsoft Azure? • Are you able to work EST hours?
