**Job Summary**
As a Bilingual Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll play a critical role in providing exceptional customer service to our clients. You'll be responsible for responding to customer inquiries, resolving issues, and providing solutions to meet their needs. **Key Responsibilities**
* Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in both English and Spanish
