**Job Summary**
As a Bilingual Customer Service Representative, you'll be the face of arenaflex, providing exceptional service to our customers over the phone, email, and chat. You'll be responsible for processing customer orders and inquiries, communicating with customers in a collaborative call center, and becoming a product and solutions expert. If you're fluent in both English and Spanish and have a passion for delivering legendary service, we want to hear from you!
**Key Responsibilities**
* Process customer orders and inquiries in a collaborative call center using world-class technology
* Communicate with customers over phone, email, and chat
* Help customers navigate arenaflex's website and online ordering
* Become a product and solutions expert, equipped to answer product, pricing, and shipping questions quickly and confidently
* Collaborate with team members to resolve customer issues and provide exceptional service
**Minimum Requirements**
* High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree preferred
* Prior customer service experience is a plus, but we'll train you to provide legendary service for our customers!
* Bilingual (English / Spanish) - fluent in both verbal and written forms
