Job Summary The Executive Assistant to the Chief Revenue Officer (CRO) provides high-level, proactive executive support to enable the CRO to operate at maximum effectiveness. This role goes beyond traditional administrative assistance and functions as a strategic operational partner, responsible for managing executive workflow, prioritization, and information flow across the CROs portfolio. The Executive Assistant exercises strong judgment, discretion, and independenceanticipating needs, managing complex schedules, ensuring readiness for meetings and decisions, and serving as a central point of coordination for internal and external stakeholders. This role is ideal for an experienced executive support professional who thrives in fast-paced, high-accountability environments and can provide calm, structured support to senior leadership. Experience supporting revenue, development, or nonprofit leadership is preferred, but the core expectation is exceptional executive and operational support. Key Responsibilities Executive Partnership & Strategic Support - Serve as a trusted partner to the CRO, managing day-to-day workflow so the CRO can focus on strategy, leadership, and external priorities. - Anticipate upcoming needs by proactively preparing materials, timelines, and context for meetings and decisions. - Manage competing priorities with sound judgment, ensuring the CROs time is allocated effectively and strategically. - Act as a gatekeeper and thought partnerfiltering, sequencing, and clarifying requests before they reach the CRO. - Provide briefing notes, summaries, and synthesized information to support decision-making. Advanced Calendar, Meeting & Communications Management - Manage a complex and dynamic calendar, including high-stakes internal and external meetings across time zones. - Independently schedule, reschedule, and prioritize meetings based on urgency, impact, and business context. - Prepare agendas, presentation decks, briefing documents, and pre-read materials. - Attend meetings as needed to capture comprehensive notes, decisions, and action items; ensure timely follow-up and accountability. - Draft professional correspondence, summaries, and internal communications on behalf of the CRO. Workflow, Project & Priority Coordination - Track CRO-led initiatives, action items, and deliverables across departments and leadership teams. - Maintain organized systems (task lists, shared workspaces, timelines) to ensure visibility and follow-through. - Coordinate with senior leaders and team members to align deadlines, inputs, and outputs. - Flag risks, delays, or competing priorities early and propose solutions. Executive Operations & Traffic Control - Serve as a central point of coordination for CRO-related requests, inquiries, and information. - Maintain highly organized digital files, presentations, and records with consistent version control. - Support administrative operations including expense management, travel coordination (if applicable), and executive logistics. - Continuously improve executive support systems, workflows, and processes to increase efficiency and clarity. Qualifications Required Qualifications - 4-7 years of experience in executive assistant, senior administrative, or chief-of-staffadjacent support roles. - Demonstrated experience supporting C-suite or senior executive leaders in complex organizations. - Exceptional organizational, prioritization, and time-management skills. - Proven ability to exercise discretion, judgment, and confidentiality at a high level. - Excellent written communication skills, including note-taking, summarization, and executive correspondence. - Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office / Google Workspace (calendaring, documents, presentations, spreadsheets). Desired Qualifications - Experience supporting revenue, development, or advancement leadership. - Experience in a nonprofit or mission-driven organization. Familiarity with project management or workflow tools (e.g., Asana, Smartsheet, Monday.com). - Experience preparing executive-level presentations or board-facing materials.
