About the Role
The Event Communications Analyst will be responsible for driving end-to-end communications for Climate Collective’s ecosystem events and initiatives. This role requires a strong balance of ideation, execution, ownership, and coordination, ensuring that all communication across platforms is timely, consistent, and aligned with program goals.
The role requires someone who can creatively ideate, manage communication workflows, follow up proactively, and deliver high-quality outputs under tight timelines.
Key Responsibilities
Event Communications & Marketing Execution
- Plan and execute communication strategies for ecosystem events (e.g., Climate Drinks, Mosambi Climate Conference, Delhi Climate Innovation Week etc.).
- Manage multi-platform communications including social media, email campaigns, newsletters, WhatsApp, and event websites.
- Ensure timely rollout of all communication deliverables aligned with event timelines.
- Coordinate with internal teams (design, programs, partnerships) to deliver communication outputs.
Content Development
- Create and manage content for social media, newsletters, websites, and outreach campaigns.
- Build and translate program narratives into clear, engaging, and high-quality communication outputs.
- Maintain consistency in messaging and tone across all platforms.
Stakeholder Coordination
- Work closely with program teams, partners, and speakers to gather inputs required for communication deliverables.
- Proactively follow up with stakeholders to ensure timely completion of communication requirements.
- Support outreach efforts to drive registrations and engagement for events.
Campaign & Timeline Management
- Build and manage communication calendars aligned with event timelines.
- Track progress of deliverables and ensure deadlines are met without repeated follow-ups.
- Monitor campaign performance and suggest improvements for future initiatives
Requirements
Qualifications and Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- 2–4 years of experience in marketing, communications, or event-related roles.
- Experience working on multi-channel campaigns and event communications is preferred.
Skills Required
- Strong execution ability with high attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple communication streams simultaneously
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong follow-up and stakeholder coordination skills
- Ability to work independently and take ownership of deliverables
- Comfort working in fast-paced environments with tight timelines

- The Event Communications Analyst will report to the Partner.
