Honey Fox is a political digital marketing agency supporting right-of-center candidates, committees, and conservative organizations. We are a tight-knit, growing firm focused on fundraising, persuasion, and performance-driven digital programs. This role can be in-person, fully remote, or hybrid in Middleburg, Virginia.
The Email Marketing Coordinator will support the day-to-day execution of email fundraising and engagement programs across a portfolio of Honey Fox clients. This role will assist with email production, WinRed page setup, list management, and campaign reporting. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, eager to learn digital fundraising, and comfortable working in a fast-paced political environment.
Key Responsibilities
● Assist with the execution of client email fundraising and engagement programs.
● Build and schedule email campaigns within ESP platforms.
● Assist with building and updating WinRed pages and donation flows to support fundraising campaigns.
● Configure email templates, segments, and campaign settings within ESPs.
● Support A/B testing of subject lines, send times, and creative.
● Help maintain list hygiene and follow deliverability best practices.
● Track campaign performance and assist with reporting and data organization.
● Coordinate with internal team members to ensure campaigns are prepared and launched on schedule.
Qualifications
● 0 to 2 years of experience in email marketing, digital marketing, political campaigns, or related fields.
● Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
● Interest in political fundraising, digital marketing, and conservative causes.
● Familiarity with email marketing platforms or CRM systems is a plus.
● Basic HTML/CSS knowledge for email troubleshooting is a plus.
● Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
● Strong communication skills and willingness to learn.
