As a key leader, you will oversee end-to-end program management for large-scale, complex projects across our global footprint, ensuring timely and within-budget delivery. You will develop and manage project scopes, schedules, and budgets, while collaborating with cross-functional teams, stakeholders, and external partners to drive project success. Your responsibilities will include: Leading global project delivery, from budget development to post-occupancy assessments Mentoring and guiding a team of professionals to achieve project goals Collaborating with internal stakeholders, including business process owners and colleagues across Real Estate, Workplace Operations, and Security Establishing global partnerships with architects, engineers, consultants, and contractors Providing clear and frequent project updates to leaders and internal stakeholders Managing yearly CAPEX budget and creating a multi-year CAPEX plan Leveraging global scale and purchasing power to reduce costs To succeed in this role, you will need: A Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Construction Management, Engineering, or equivalent work experience 12-15 years of experience in program management, with a proven track record of leadership and team management Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with strong business acumen Ability to read and understand construction drawings, contracts, and project financial models Strong decision-making and influencing skills, with the ability to articulate project vision and goals At Netflix, we offer a competitive compensation package, with a salary range of $310,000 - $830,000, and a comprehensive benefits package, including health plans, mental health support, 401(k) retirement plan, stock option program, and more.
