This is a remote position. Hourly Contract | 100% Remote Role Overview We are seeking a highly performance-driven Digital Marketing Specialist with 5+ years of experience to lead client acquisition, employer branding, and digital growth for a staffing and nearshoring firm. This role requires deep expertise in Google Ads and a strong command of the Zoho ecosystem. You will build scalable acquisition systems, optimize multi-channel campaigns, and directly impact pipeline generation and revenue. This is an execution-heavy, metrics-obsessed position for someone who understands B2B funnels and thrives in data-driven environments. Key Responsibilities 1. B2B Lead Generation & Client Acquisition - Design, launch, and scale multi-channel B2B campaigns targeting hiring managers, HR leaders, founders, and decision-makers - Own and optimize Google Ads campaigns (Search, Display, Retargeting) with full budget accountability - Manage LinkedIn Ads and Meta campaigns aligned with CPL and MQL targets - Build and optimize landing pages, lead capture forms, and call-booking funnels - Implement tracking infrastructure (pixels, UTMs, conversion tracking, attribution basics) - Continuously improve Quality Score, CTR, CPC, and conversion rates - Leverage AI tools for testing creatives, audiences, and bidding strategies - Align marketing with sales to drive qualified booked calls 2. Social Media & Employer Branding - Own LinkedIn strategy and execution - Develop and manage structured content calendars - Create high-performing content using AI tools and Canva (mandatory proficiency) - Drive engagement, brand visibility, and demand generation - Support employer branding and candidate attraction initiatives 3. Email Marketing & Automation (Zoho Required) - Build and execute campaigns and nurture flows in Zoho Campaigns - Segment audiences and personalize messaging - Optimize open rates, CTR, and lead-to-call conversions - Ensure full alignment between Zoho Campaigns and Zoho CRM - Maintain CRM-driven reporting accuracy 4. Analytics & Performance Optimization - Track and report KPIs: CPL, MQLs, booked calls, SQLs, ROI - Deliver clear, actionable performance insights - Optimize campaigns using structured experimentation and AI recommendations - Identify scalable growth opportunities Requirements - 5+ years of digital marketing experience (B2B required) - Expert-level Google Ads experience (Search required; Display & Retargeting strongly preferred) - Proven success generating qualified B2B leads with measurable ROI - Experience in staffing, recruitment, nearshoring, or B2B services - Hands-on experience with LinkedIn Ads and Meta Ads - Strong working knowledge of Zoho Campaigns (required) - Familiarity with Zoho CRM - Proficiency in Canva - Experience using AI tools for content and campaign optimization - Deep understanding of B2B funnels and staffing sales cycles - Strong analytical and performance-driven mindset - Excellent English communication skills - Self-managed, accountable, and comfortable in an hourly performance-based structure Nice to Have - Broader Zoho ecosystem experience - Advanced conversion-focused copywriting - Employer branding/recruitment marketing background - Experience building attribution models for B2B Benefits - Competitive hourly rate based on experience - Flexible schedule with outcome-based expectations - High-visibility role with direct pipeline impact - Opportunity to scale a performance-driven marketing function
