The Deal Desk Specialist will be integral in supporting sales through deal structuring, pricing guidance, and maintaining operational excellence within the revenue execution team.
Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary partner to Sales for deal structuring, pricing guidance, and contract readiness across new business and expansions
- Review deal terms for accuracy, compliance, and margin impact, ensuring alignment with internal policies and financial guardrails
- Manage the quote-to-contract workflow, including approvals, documentation, and coordination across Sales, Finance, and Legal
- Maintain and improve deal desk processes, templates, and playbooks to support high-volume deal flow and reduce friction for reps
- Analyze deal trends, discount patterns, and commercial risks to provide insights that support revenue strategy and leadership decision-making
Skills
- 1–3 years of experience in Deal Desk, Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, Finance, or a similar analytical function
- An understanding of SaaS commercial motions, pricing, quoting, and contract workflows for a variety of deal structures
- High attention to detail with the ability to manage many deals simultaneously while maintaining accuracy and speed
- Proficiency in Salesforce and Excel (required) with the ability to navigate DealHub CPQ, approval workflows, and opportunity management best practices
- Excellent communication and cross-functional partnering skills; able to balance rep enablement with operational and financial discipline
