Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to resolve any title issues. Maintain a high level of attention to detail and accuracy in all title examinations. Utilize various databases and resources to verify property information and research ownership history. Stay up-to-date with changes in laws and regulations related to commercial real estate transactions. Communicate effectively with clients and other team members to provide updates and address any concerns. Work efficiently and meet strict deadlines while managing a high volume of title examinations. Provide excellent customer service and ensure client satisfaction. Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information according to company policies. Utilize technology and software programs to streamline processes and improve efficiency. Take initiative to continuously improve processes and procedures.
