Develop, implement, and manage clinical programs that align with Aetna's mission and goals
Conduct thorough research and analysis to identify areas for improvement and develop innovative solutions
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure effective implementation and execution of clinical programs
Communicate with internal and external stakeholders to gather feedback and make necessary adjustments to programs
Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness and outcomes of clinical programs, making recommendations for improvements as needed
Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices to continuously enhance Aetna's clinical programs
Provide leadership and guidance to team members, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment
Develop and maintain relationships with key partners and stakeholders to ensure successful program implementation and ongoing support
Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and maintain accurate documentation and reporting
Participate in strategic planning and decision-making processes to support the overall success of Aetna's clinical programs.
