Requirements
Key Responsibilities:
- Support the rollout of new initiatives and programs for channel partners
- Coordinate partner requests, inquiries, and support tickets to ensure timely resolution
- Maintain communication and follow-ups with partners to foster strong relationships
- Prepare reports and track key operational metrics
- Collaborate with internal teams to improve processes and support business objectives
- Help manage schedules and ensure timely execution of partner-related activities
Required Skills
- Strong communication skills: Clear and professional English (spoken and written)
- Organized and detail-oriented: Able to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively
- Customer/partner-focused: Able to provide excellent support and maintain positive relationships
- Tech-savvy: Comfortable using CRM platforms or partner management systems, with hands-on experience in Zendesk or similar ticketing platforms
- Problem-solving skills: Able to handle requests and issues efficiently
- Prior experience in channel operations, partner support, or related roles is preferred (2+ years)
- Self-motivated and proactive: Able to work independently and suggest improvements
