The role involves serving as a liaison between ITSD and business programs, providing business analysis support for IT projects, and assisting with IT project planning and management.
Responsibilities
- Serve as a liaison between ITSD and business programs
- Function as a technical lead for lower-level staff in the BRMS
- Provide Business Analysis support for California Public Utilities Commission Information Technology projects
- Support the development and maintenance of Enterprise Architecture models
- Prepare technical documentation related to IT systems and projects
- Assist with IT Project Planning through the California IT Project Approval Lifecycle (PAL) process
- Perform IT Project management duties
Skills
- Must submit a completed Statement of Qualifications (SOQ) that provides specific details and examples demonstrating how training, experience, and education qualify for the position
- Must submit a copy of transcript or diploma if using education to meet minimum qualifications
- Must submit verification of United States course/degree equivalency if education was completed outside the United States
- Employment information on the STD 678 State Application must be complete with dates, duties and responsibilities, and contact names and phone numbers of supervisors
- Must submit a current version of the State Examination/Employment Application STD Form 678 or the Electronic State Employment Application
- Resume is required and must be included
- Statement of Qualifications (SOQ) is required
