What You'll Do
Lead Outreach & Prospecting (40%)
Make outbound calls, send emails, and follow up with warm and cold leads provided by the practice
Contact referred prospects and individuals who have expressed interest in financial planning services
Re-engage dormant or lapsed client relationships on behalf of the advisor
Appointment Scheduling (35%)
Schedule introductory meetings, discovery calls, and review appointments for the financial advisor
Manage the advisor's calendar and ensure appointments are confirmed and properly documented
Send appointment reminders and handle rescheduling as needed
Lead Qualification & CRM (15%)
Ask qualifying questions to assess prospect needs, financial situation, and readiness to engage
Record accurate notes in the CRM system regarding each prospect's profile and conversation history
Prioritize and segment leads based on quality and likelihood to convert
Reporting & Collaboration (10%)
Prepare daily call logs, appointment summaries, and pipeline activity reports
Coordinate with the advisor's team to ensure seamless handoff of booked appointments
Suggest improvements to outreach scripts and processes (we actually listen)
What You Bring
Must-Haves
Minimum 1–2 years of experience in a sales, customer service, or appointment-setting role
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Confident and professional telephone manner
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage a busy schedule
Comfortable working with CRM software and scheduling tools
Self-motivated with a results-driven mindset
Nice-to-Haves
Experience working within financial services, insurance, or a professional services environment
Familiarity with financial planning concepts and terminology
Experience with CRM platforms such as Salesforce, Redtail, Wealthbox, or HubSpot
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding appointment-setting targets
Compensation:
Paid: SGD 800/month
