Responsibilities
- Develops and delivers program and project training, soft skills training, and professional development programs for staff and managers
- Owns the creation and revision of training modules
- Collaborates with subject matter experts on training initiatives
- Assists in the development of program and skills-related training
Skills
- Prior experience supporting benefit programs training is required
