Paul Bridges Group is assisting a client in hiring an experienced 360 Specialty Technology Recruiter to grow and expand an enterprise desk from anywhere in the country!
This is a true full-desk role (business development + full cycle recruiting) built for someone who sees themselves as a salesperson first. You’ll join a team operating in highly specialized tech verticals.
What You’ll Do
• Run a full 360 desk (business development + candidate recruitment)
• Win new business and expand accounts with enterprise-level stakeholders
• Build and grow MSAs through strategic placements and account development
• Own a defined niche, go deep and become the market expert
What They're Looking For
• 5+ years of 360 technology recruiting experience
• Track record of business development success (true hunter mentality)
• Specialist mindset with a clear niche
They are specifically targeting recruiters with deep expertise in one core niche, such as:
NYC Priorities:
• SAP
• NetSuite / Oracle
• Financial Services / Asset Management technologies (ex: Charles River, Aladdin)
Other Desired Verticals:
• Salesforce (outside NYC)
• AI / ML
• ERP / CRM ecosystems
• Insurance-focused technology markets
They value people who have built their career inside a focused lane (ex: exclusively SAP, exclusively Salesforce, exclusively Insurance Tech).
Compensation & Benefits
• Up to $120K base depending on experience
• Monthly tiered commission paid from deal #1
• Sales bonus paid quarterly (typically totals $5K–$10K annually)
• Override bonus: exceed budget by $20K+ → additional $2K
• 401(k) with company match
