Abound Health is seeking a Workforce Operations Manager to join our team. In this role, you will report to the VP of Centralized Clinical Operations. You will lead and optimize workforce deployment across all Abound Health markets ensuring staffing capacity aligns with client needs, reducing unmet hours, and improving service-level performance. This role builds scalable systems, drives operational efficiency, and develops a high-performing, metrics-driven team. This is a fully remote role however will need to work East Coast hours.
Key Responsibilities
• Lead, coach, and develop Staffing Liaisons across all operating states
• Establish performance expectations tied to enterprise workforce KPIs
• Oversee workforce allocation, capacity planning, and utilization optimization
• Drive strategies that reduce open client hours and unmet service needs
• Analyze workforce and service trend data to identify gaps and operational bottlenecks
• Partner cross-functionally with clinical and operations leaders to align staffing with client needs
• Ensure consistent processes, systems usage, and documentation across regions
Qualifications
• 5+ years leading operational or service delivery teams in high-volume environments
• Demonstrated success managing team performance against KPIs
• Strong background in workflow design, process improvement, and operational optimization
• Experience using data to identify constraints and drive operational decisions
• Ability to implement accountability structures and scalable systems
• Excellent communication and leadership skills across diverse teams
• Strategic thinker with hands-on execution capability
• Adaptable and effective in fast-paced, multi-state environments
Education
• Bachelor’s degree preferred (Operations, Business, Healthcare Administration, or related field)
Compensation & Benefits
The target base salary range for this full-time, salaried position is $60,000 – $70,000.
Base pay is determined by factors such as experience, job-related skills, and relevant education or training.
