In this position, you'll represent our brand by addressing customer questions and concerns via chat, email, and messaging platforms. You'll interact with both loyal customers needing assistance and prospective clients wanting to learn more about our services. No previous customer service background? No problem. We invest in comprehensive training to ensure you feel prepared and capable in this role. Contract length: No fixed term Rate: $35 per hour. Skills/background needed: A functioning computer, phone, or tablet with a strong internet connection. Ability to self-manage priorities with minimal supervision. Commitment to adhering to company guidelines and procedures. Minimum 10 hours per week available.
