Volunteer Executive Assistant to CEO Job Summary The Volunteer Executive Assistant to the CEO will provide high-level administrative and strategic support to the Chief Executive Officer. This role requires a proactive and highly organized professional with exceptional communication skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, mission-driven environment. The Executive Assistant will serve as a trusted partner to the CEO, helping to ensure smooth daily operations, effective time management, and strategic alignment with organizational goals. Commitment – Displaying enthusiasm and a proactive attitude toward contributing to the success of Peace360 Initiatives Responsibilities • Manage the CEO’s calendar, including scheduling meetings and appointments. • Prepare briefing materials, reports, and presentations for internal and external meetings. • Act as the primary point of contact between the CEO and internal/external stakeholders. • Anticipate the needs of the CEO and take proactive steps to address them. • Coordinate and schedule Board and Country Reps meetings, including preparing agendas, materials, and minutes. • Liaise with senior leadership and provide support as needed. • Assist with coordinating key organizational initiatives. • Monitor and follow up on action items and deadlines on behalf of the CEO. • Manage special projects and cross-functional initiatives as assigned. • Ensure seamless logistics for speaking engagements, donor meetings, and public appearances. Requirements • Minimum of one year of experience as an executive assistant. • Capable of handling competing priorities and multitasking effectively. • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills. • Strong familiarity with commonly used software and applications, including Google Workspace. • Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to challenges. • Time-management skills. • Ability to pay attention to detail. • Handle sensitive information with high level of discretion and professionalism. • Maintain a high level of confidentiality and exercise sound judgment in all interactions. • Experience supporting a board of directors and working with high-level stakeholders is a plus.
