Job Description:
• Assess, diagnose, and generate treatment plans to deliver mental health treatment
• Ensure outcome collection and analysis
• Prioritize whole-person care by collaborating with cross-disciplinary teams
• Maintain and improve processes by following standards, policies and procedures, and recommending new approaches
• Stay informed on mental health related research, news stories and the competitive landscape
Requirements:
• Master’s Degree in Mental Health (psychology, social work, clinical counseling, etc.)
• Clinical confidence with fluency in a variety of mental health treatment models and the capacity to treat a variety of conditions
• Preference for experience in working with diverse units of treatment (individuals, couples, families, groups, etc)
• Fervor for cultural curiosity and experience engaging and treating people across a wide range of social, cultural, and socioeconomic backgrounds
• Self-starter
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
• Excellent organizational, interpersonal, quantitative and analytic skills
• Flexible and eager to learn new skills
• Ability to work independently in a deadline-oriented environment
• Fluency in basic computer skills including Microsoft 365 and EHR systems.
