**The Role**
As a Virtual Customer Support Associate, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing timely, accurate, and personalized support through phone, chat, and email. You will be responsible for resolving customer queries, addressing concerns, and delivering exceptional support experiences that exceed customer expectations.
**Key Responsibilities:**
* Respond to customer inquiries, resolve issues, and provide solutions in a timely and professional manner
* Utilize a variety of tools and resources to navigate, research, and review solutions
* Communicate effectively with customers, both verbally and in writing
* Work collaboratively with internal teams to resolve complex issues and escalate concerns

* Experience working with a computer
* Availability to work varying shifts from Monday to Sunday within the operating hours of 6 am and 11 pm
* Willingness and ability to work in rotating shifts (i.e. early, late, overnight, weekend, and overtime as required)
* Quiet, distraction-free workspace (dedicated office space with a desk and chair)
* Minimum broadband connection of 20MB download speed and 8MP upload speed using a hard-wire ethernet internet connection (no WIFI)
