Key Responsibilities:

Qualifications:
? Proven experience in a customer service or technical support role, preferably with a focus on Microsoft products.
? Excellent written communication skills with a keen eye for detail, grammar, and spelling.
? Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and familiarity with Microsoft Teams or other chat platforms.

? Reliable internet connection and a quiet, dedicated workspace for remote work.
