Key Responsibilities:

? Provide accurate and detailed information about products, services, and company policies.
? Assist customers with placing orders, navigating the website, and troubleshooting technical issues.
? Resolve customer concerns and complaints in a courteous and timely manner.

Requirements:

? Proficiency in using live chat software, CRM systems, and basic computer applications.
? Ability to work independently and effectively manage time in a remote setting.
? Reliable internet connection and a quiet, distraction-free workspace.
? Ability to remain calm and professional in high-pressure situations.
