We’re seeking a highly organized and proactive Virtual Assistant to join our team. As a Virtual Assistant, you’ll be responsible for providing administrative support, managing communication, and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations. This is a part-time position with the flexibility to work from home.
Responsibilities:
? Managing emails, calendar, and appointments for team members.
? Handling basic bookkeeping tasks and maintaining financial records.
? Coordinating and scheduling meetings, webinars, and virtual events.
? Conducting internet research and compiling information as needed.
? Assisting with social media management and content creation.
? Responding to customer inquiries and providing excellent customer service.
? Collaborating with team members on various projects and tasks.
Requirements:
? Proven experience as a Virtual Assistant or in a similar administrative role.
? Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
? Proficient in Microsoft Office and virtual communication tools.
? Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
? Reliable internet connection and a home office setup.
? Familiarity with basic bookkeeping principles is a plus.
? Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
Conditions:
? Part-time position, approximately 20-25 hours per week.
