Position OverviewCloneForce is launching a dedicated Real Estate Vertical focused on brokerage, investment firms, property management groups, developers, and real estate operations organizations.
We are seeking a Vice President / General Manager of Real Estate to lead the commercial growth, market penetration, and full P&L ownership of this vertical. This is a highly revenue-focused leadership role responsible for building and scaling CloneForce’s presence in the real estate industry through strategic sales, partnerships, and industry expertise.
This role is not purely operational—it is a vertical market leadership position. The ideal candidate brings deep real estate industry knowledge, strong sales acumen, and experience in brokerage, property management, real estate investment, or proptech environments.
The VP/GM will act as the industry face of CloneForce in real estate, driving revenue, shaping offerings, and aligning product capabilities to real-world market needs while owning the financial performance of the vertical.
Key ResponsibilitiesVertical Revenue Leadership & P&L Ownership
• Own the full P&L for the Real Estate vertical, including revenue growth, cost management, and profitability targets.
• Develop and execute a vertical-specific revenue strategy aligned with company growth objectives.
• Forecast pipeline, bookings, and recurring revenue for the real estate division.
• Establish pricing models, packaging, and scalable revenue streams tailored to real estate clients.
Sales & Business Development (Primary Focus)
Lead all outbound and inbound sales efforts for the Real Estate vertical.Personally source, develop, and close strategic accounts across:
• Brokerages
• Property management firms
• Real estate investment groups
• Developers
• PropTech organizations
Build long-term enterprise relationships and strategic partnerships within the real estate ecosystem.Identify high-value use cases where CloneForce solutions drive measurable ROI for real estate operations.
Market Capture & Industry Strategy
• Serve as the internal subject-matter expert on real estate market workflows, trends, and operational challenges.
• Identify target sub-sectors where CloneForce’s AI workforce solutions will thrive.
• Translate real estate operational pain points into scalable AI Clone solutions.
• Provide strategic insight into industry adoption, regulatory considerations, and competitive positioning.
Product & Solution Alignment
• Work closely with Product, Engineering, and Clone Training teams to tailor solutions to real estate workflows.
• Help design real estate-specific Clone personas for leasing, transaction coordination, investor reporting, property management, and client engagement.
• Refine go-to-market messaging based on real client feedback and industry needs.
Hands-On Execution & Client Engagement
• Actively participate in client demos, onboarding, and early deployments.
• Support pilot programs and enterprise rollouts within real estate organizations.
• Ensure strong adoption, measurable performance outcomes, and client retention.
Team Building & Operational Leadership
• Build and scale the Real Estate vertical team as revenue grows.
• Establish KPIs, reporting dashboards, and operational cadence for the division.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Revenue, Marketing, Product, and Executive Leadership.
Thought Leadership & Industry Presence
• Represent CloneForce at real estate conferences, industry events, and executive meetings.
• Position CloneForce as a category leader in AI workforce solutions for real estate.
• Leverage industry network and credibility to accelerate vertical adoption.
What You’ll Bring
• 10+ years of experience in real estate, brokerage, property management, real estate investment, or a closely related field.
• Demonstrated success in sales, business development, or revenue leadership within the real estate sector.
• Experience owning or managing a P&L, business unit, or revenue line.
• Deep understanding of real estate operations, workflows, and market dynamics.
• Strong network within brokerages, investment firms, developers, or property management organizations.
• Proven ability to build pipelines, close deals, and scale a vertical market.
• Comfortable operating in a fast-growth, early-stage, and highly entrepreneurial environment.
• Highly hands-on leader willing to both sell and build.
Preferred / High-Value Experience
• Experience in PropTech, SaaS, AI, or automation-driven platforms.
• Background in property management operations or real estate investment analysis.
• Brokerage leadership, portfolio management, or real estate operations management experience.
• Experience launching or scaling an industry vertical or new market segment.
• Startup or high-growth technology environment experience
