Job Title: Vacancy Make-Ready Coordinator
(Virtual, Full-Time, Work From Home)
Work Schedule:
Monday to Friday, 8 AM to 4 PM PST
40 hours per week
Requirements
- Must
know Maintenance/VMR/Billing
- Similar
to a Maintenance Coordinator and must know how to handle invoicing for
vendors
Responsibilities
- Coordinate
maintenance requests (SFRs, MFR units, and commercial properties)
- Handle
phone calls and emails in a timely manner
- Manage,
coordinate, and monitor day-to-day maintenance requests submitted by
tenants and property owners
- Maintain
contracts, job approvals, and any other documentation related to regular
building service, day-to-day maintenance requests, and major building
improvements/capital improvements (email, AppFolio, hard files)
- Coordinate
with property managers and maintenance technicians for the posting of
equal housing poster, Prop 65 poster, rent control registration
certificates, business license certificates, No Trespass sign, No Smoking
sign, Tow away sign, No skateboarding sign, WPM common area rules notice,
WPM contact information sign, etc.
- Monitor/coordinate
miscellaneous housing compliance (fire extinguisher, fire sprinkler, fire
alarm system, backflow system, etc.)
- Knowledgeable
in AppFolio and experienced in maintenance and billing

(Outbound)
Qualifications:
- Experience
with property management platforms (preferably AppFolio)
- Strong
organizational and multitasking skills
- Excellent
written and verbal communication skills
- Ability
to work independently and remotely
- Positive
attitude and commitment with a good work ethic
- Experience
in property management and the real estate industry
