Position Overview: We seek a talented and experienced UX Designer who can enhance our existing design… to create a seamless user experience. The ideal candidate knows how to make web applications and will have a strong background in UX design, a good understanding of human-computer interaction, and the ability to produce high-quality work quickly using tools like Figma. Experience in coding (but not purely HTML/CSS) is REQUIRED.
Key Responsibilities:

? Improve and refine the current functional designs to enhance user experience.
? Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs using Figma.
? Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers and product managers, to implement design improvements.
? Conduct user research and usability testing to inform design decisions.
? Provide input on website design and coding to ensure cohesive user experiences.
? Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in UX design.
Requirements:
? Strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in UX design and human experience interaction.
? Proficiency in design tools, particularly Figma.
? Ability to produce high-quality designs quickly and efficiently.
? Experience in web application design and some coding knowledge.
? Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
? Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
? A proactive and self-driven approach to work.
