SearchForce is a start-up recruiting company based out of Virginia. We are expanding our team to cater to our AEC clients in the US. We are seeking an experienced US Recruiter with 2-5 years of full-cycle recruiting experience preferably in the AEC sector. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of successfully sourcing, screening, and placing candidates in various… roles within the Sales, IT, or AEC industry.
Responsibilities:
? Utilize various sourcing techniques (e.g., job boards, social media, networking) to identify and attract top talent in the AEC sector.
? Conduct thorough interviews to assess candidates’ qualifications, skills, and cultural fit for specific job openings.
? Build and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and preferences.
? Collaborate with hiring managers to develop job descriptions and candidate profiles that align with the company’s requirements.
? Manage the entire recruitment process, from initial contact to offer negotiation and onboarding.
? Provide timely updates and feedback to candidates throughout the recruitment process.
? Generate reports and metrics to track recruitment activities and outcomes for clients.
? Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and best practices in recruitment to continuously improve our processes and strategies.
Qualifications:
? Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
? 2-5 years of experience in full-cycle recruiting, preferably within the AEC sector.
? Proven ability to communicate effectively with hiring managers, candidates, and clients.
? Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with diverse stakeholders.
? Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
? Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS).
? Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.
Technical Requirements:
? Access to a reliable internet connection and necessary equipment (e.g., computer, phone) for remote work.
? Proficiency in using virtual communication tools such as video conferencing, email, and messaging platforms.
? Ability to navigate and utilize applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other relevant recruitment software efficiently.
? Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
? Comfortable with using data analytics tools to generate reports and analyze recruitment metrics.
? Strong troubleshooting skills and ability to troubleshoot technical issues related to remote work
