Position is fully remote within the State of WI Top Skills & Years of Experience: • Proficiency in using the Microsoft 365 Admin Center. • Configuring and maintaining mailboxes, including email forwarding, shared mailboxes, and email security settings. • Implementing and maintaining security measures in M365 to safeguard data and applications. • Answering support tickets, assisting end users with issues related to Microsoft 365 and other cloud applications. • Working with and educating users on best practices and new features of M365. • Strong written and verbal skills to communicate with users and stakeholders.
