We are prepared to offer a competitive salary to attract a top-tier candidate for this role.   Description The Therapist position is a hybrid remote role, where your time will be divided among your home office, clients homes, and the Little City administrative offices located in Chicago, Joliet, Matteson, and Palatine. As a Therapist, you will provide clinical mental health services to children and teens in the Foster Care and Adoption program, as well as offer mental health services... billed to Medicaid and/or private health insurance plans. Skills  Strong assessment and treatment planning skills  Effective communication and consultation abilities  Experience with clinical documentation and compliance with Medicaid standards  Ability to work collaboratively with interdisciplinary teams  Crisis intervention and conflict resolution skills Responsibilities  Manage a caseload of clients and families, developing treatment plans using Rule 132/140 Medicaid standards  Attend staff meetings and coordinate interventions with an interdisciplinary team  Document all interactions with clients and their families according to clinical requirements  Participate in weekly individual and group clinical supervision  Provide training to foster families and other service providers  Offer on-call crisis intervention support on a rotating basis Qualifications  MasterÂs Degree in a clinical field (psychology, social work, counseling)  Clinical practicum/internship experience  Valid driverÂs license, reliable vehicle, and current auto insurance  Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings Education Requirements  MasterÂs Degree in a clinical field required Education Requirements Credential Category  Clinical Psychology, Social Work, Counseling Experience Requirements  Experience working with children and families in a clinical setting  Familiarity with Medicaid billing and documentation standards  Experience in providing clinical supervision and training preferred Why work in Chicago, IL Chicago is a vibrant city known for its diverse culture, rich history, and thriving arts scene.
